This October 22nd, Chef James and the convention centre’s culinary team are cooking up the Best of Bavaria!
The Bavarian themed menu includes two dinner features, the “Hearty Party Sausage Fest” and “King Table Chicken Dinner.”
For snacks or a light bite, try Chef’s house made Okanagan apple strudel with real whipped cream or a Bratwurst on a bun. Penticton’s very own, A & K Grimm’s Sausage will be making the Weisswurst and Bratwurst sausage. Prost!

Fast facts:

  • Authentic sausages made fresh by Penticton’s very own A & K Grimm’s Sausage will be served. They’ll be made on Friday!
  • Chef James and our culinary team will roast the fresh chickens, make the German potato salad and sauerkraut in house.
  • The apple strudel, also made in house, will feature Okanagan apples and real whipped cream.
