OOMPA-PA!
The BEERBARRELS are a 3 piece Oompa-pa dance band who have been performing professionally for approximately the last 30 years were popular at Oktoberfest last year.
Their favorite time of the year is Oktoberfest! Not only will you enjoy the great traditional oompa-pa music and famed German drinking songs, the audience will be entertained with visual effects and Oktoberfest fun, such as yodeling and beer drinking contests! The Beerbarrels create a spontaneous party atmosphere where both the audience and the band enjoy themselves.
The Austria Vancouver Club (AVC) Edelweiss Dancers perform folk dancing (Holzhacker & Bergknappentanz).
We are very excited to present this incredible dance troupe! They are in great demand, particularly for Oktoberfest events and it has taken four years to bring them to you. We know you will delight in their performances.
Most of the dancers are of Austrian and/or German heritage and bring to life the folk dances that originated in the mountain villages throughout the Alps and surrounding regions.

Flashback One of Penticton’s busiest groups, “Flashback” was formed in 2005 as a party/dance band. The original vision of the band was to perform recognizable and danceable hit music from the golden age of rock and roll - the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s such as hits by the Eagles, the Beatles, Rolling Stones Guess Who, Trooper, Roy Orbision, Loverboy, Huey Lewis and the News, and many others. They opened for Trooper at the Peach fest in 2011 and have played small and large venues including the South Okanagan Events Centre.
