Please indicate at least two areas of interest, marking your first choice with “1”, and your second choice with “2”, and your third choice with “3” and your fourth choice with a “4”. Please indicate your shift preference(s) from the options below. Positions and shifts are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be contacted by our volunteer committee to confirm your shift & role. Choose from:

Front Entrance ~ collect tickets and provide souvenir glass (requires standing/ dress warm)

Token Sellers ~ tokens (require cash experience/sitting optional)

Brewer Assistants ~ take tokens per beer sample served (requires standing/NO pouring allowed)

Wine Sales ~ MUST have Serving It Right, requires standing, wear comfortable shoes

Merchandise Sales ~ Take tokens or cash, requires standing, wear comfortable shoes

Floor Operations ~ keg, ice, water, sample pail delivery and removal (requires lifting)

Food Servers: Serve hot food, take tokens. Req. Standing, wear comfortable shoes

Bar Back ~ Cleaning and clearing tables

Coat Check ~ Checking coats and taking cash

Post-Event Take Down ~ assist with the operations crew at end of event (Sat, Midnight – 1am) (requires lifting)

Shift Preference - Please show up 15 min. before your scheduled shift.

Shift 1 (Sat. 5:30pm – 9pm)

Shift 2 (Sat, 8:30pm – 12:30am)

Shift 3 (Post Event Take Down 12:30am to 1am)
