Coming from the south (US Border, Osoyoos, Oliver, Penticton Airport, etc.)

Take Hwy. 97 north past the airport then turn left onto the Channel Parkway (Hwy. 97 continues.) At the third intersection, Echardt and Railway (look for the Penticton & Wine Country Visitors Centre on the north-east corner); Go straight (north); Railway becomes Power Street; the Trade & Convetion Centre (& Oktoberfest!) are at 273 Power St, on your left hand side, just past Memorial Arena.

Coming from the north (Armstrong, Vernon, Kelowna, Okanagan Connector & Summerland)

Follow Hwy. 97 heading south. As you enter Penticton Hwy 97 becomes Eckhardt Avenue (Penticton Golf Club & Ramada Inn & Suites). Proceed straight on Eckhardt until you come to the lights at the corner of Eckhardt and Railway (SOEC & Penticton Visitors Centre will be on your left); Turn left (north) onto Power Street (Railway becomes Power at this intersection); proceed past Memorial Arena (on your left); the Trade & Convetion Centre (& Oktoberfest!) are at 273 Power St.

Coming from Vancouver

Take Hwy. 1 (east bound) to Hwy. 5 then onto Hwy. 97C to Hwy. 97 (Coquihalla Connector). Hwy 97 south to Penticton 414 km (approximately 4 1/2 hours), then follow the directions for comming from the north.

Alternate route from Vancouver

There is a second route you can take (394 km, about 5 hours).
Follow Hwy. 1 to Hwy. 3 then onto Hwy. 3A (Hope/Princeton) to the inersection with to Hwy. 97; turn left onto Hwy. 97 then follow the directions for coming from the south.
